After completing this course, you'll able to:

  • Recognize three common customer journey use cases with Canvas (Path to purchase, onboarding, retention) across different industries (eCommerce, Streaming, Learning)
  • Explain key functionalities of the Canvas Flow entry wizard features (e.g., Entry Schedule types or Entry Audience settings)
