Master the art of customer engagement with our flagship tool, Canvas Flow. In this learning path, you’ll learn the basics of Canvas Flow and practice building some common customer engagement use cases in a sandbox dashboard environment.

This learning path begins by walking you through the main features of Canvas Flow, teaching you how to leverage the entry wizard and Canvas Flow components in your engagement strategy. You’ll then get an in-depth tutorial of an abandoned cart use case, where you’ll simulate an experience of the messaging journey in our Braze Pilot mobile app. We’ll then introduce a templated approach for 4 common use cases, and guide you to orchestrate these customer journeys for your brand.

Once you've completed this path, we recommend taking our Data Driven Messaging Strategy learning path. There, we go in-depth into the reporting and analytics features in Braze to help you iterate on your messaging journeys in Canvas Flow.
