One (1) 2-hour instructor-led training session delivered through videoconference by a Braze Training Specialist for the number of training seats purchased under your Order Form, and which is intended to include:
Introduction to foundational concepts on the subject of the training session
Opportunities for participants to share insights on their own use case and learn from other participants
Application of concepts through guided exercises
Review of individual use case challenges
Q&A
This agenda may be adjusted by the instructor based on the needs of the participants and the subject matter of the course.
Promo Code Terms
Customer will receive one (1) promo code for each training seat or bundle of training seats purchased pursuant to the SOW. All promo codes must be used within twelve (12) months of this Order Form Start Date, after which date the promo codes expire. Each participant is required to register using a promo code in order to participate in the training. Participants can register for a course no less than 24 hours before the session begins. No refunds will be provided for participants who register and then do not participate in the training. Each class will be limited to a specific number of participants as set forth on Braze Learning's learning management system. Each class may include participants from other Braze customers.
