This course is a brief overview of Canvas Flow. You'll learn the basics of how Canvas Flow works and the various components you'll use to create your messaging journey.
After completing this course, you'll able to:
- Explain how Canvas Flow enables you to orchestrate customer-centric messaging across channels and how it works from a high-level
- Recognize three common customer journey use cases with Canvas (Path to purchase, onboarding, retention) across different industries (eCommerce, Streaming, Learning)
- Explain key functionalities of the Canvas Flow entry wizard features (e.g., Entry Schedule types or Entry Audience settings)
